These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of useroger.com (the “Site”), provided by Adthekey AB (“Adthekey”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use cover the marketing website only. If you create an account or use the Roger product, the separate Roger Terms of Service apply.

• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Site.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or scrape Site content beyond fair-use snippets with attribution.
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious information through any form.
• Use any automated means to register multiple addresses or accounts.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, video, audio, and software, is owned by Adthekey or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and link to the Site for non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

“Roger”, “Adthekey”, and our logos are our marks. You may not use them without our written permission, except to truthfully describe a relationship with us.

4. Pricing calculator and other tools

Tools on the Site, including the pricing calculator, are provided for general information only. The numbers they produce are estimates based on assumptions we make for illustration. They are not offers, guarantees, or commitments. Actual pricing is set in your order form or subscription agreement.

5. Calls, emails, and demo requests

When you submit a contact form, book a demo, or call a number listed on the Site, we may follow up by email, phone, or SMS. You can opt out at any time. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADTHEKEY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100.

These limits do not apply where they cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the substantive laws of Sweden. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of Sweden, with the District Court of Östersund as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer-protection law specifies otherwise.
