Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Adthekey AB ("Adthekey", "we", "us", "our") collects and uses information when you visit useroger.com (the "Site") and interact with us through the Site.

This Policy covers the marketing website only. If you sign up for or use the Roger product, the separate Roger Privacy Policy applies in addition to this one and prevails for product-related processing.

For purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the data controller of personal information collected through the Site.

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a demo, sign up for the newsletter, use the pricing calculator, or contact us through the Site, we may collect:

• Name, business name, role
• Email and phone number
• Country, city, time zone
• Any free-text message you send us
• Inputs you enter into the pricing calculator (e.g. number of leads, average ticket size)
• SMS/text opt-in data: mobile number and consent records for text-message communications

2.2 Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we automatically collect:

• IP address (or a truncated version), device, browser, operating system, language
• Pages visited, links clicked, time on page, referring URL
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)

2.3 Information from third parties. If you book a meeting via Calendly, Google, or a similar tool embedded on the Site, that tool also collects information about your meeting and may share it with us.

We may also receive limited information from B2B contact-data providers we use for outbound sales (see Section 9).

3. How we use the information

We use the information to:

• Respond to your inquiry, demo request, or contact-form submission
• Send you the materials you ask for (e.g. case studies, pricing details)
• Run the pricing calculator and remember your inputs during your visit
• Send you marketing emails about Roger if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Measure how the Site performs and improve it
• Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations
• Send the SMS/text messages you have opted into, such as service updates, scheduling, onboarding, and one-time verification codes

When GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract; our legitimate interests in marketing, analytics, and security; your consent (for non-essential cookies and the optional newsletter); and legal obligations.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this Policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We share information only as described below.

• Service providers that help us run the Site, such as our hosting provider, analytics provider, email-marketing tool, calendar-booking tool, and customer-support platform. They process information on our behalf under written agreements.
• Sales tools. Outbound sales tools (e.g. Smartlead, Apollo) and CRM systems we use to manage prospects.
• Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, and auditors under confidentiality.
• Legal compliance. Authorities when required by law.
• Corporate transactions. A successor entity if Adthekey is acquired or merged.

We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent that any of our analytics or marketing cookies could be classified as a "sale" or "share" under California or other US state privacy laws, you can opt out via the cookie banner or by emailing privacy@useroger.com.

5. International transfers

Adthekey is based in Sweden. Our service providers operate in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and the United States. When we transfer personal data outside the EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified.

6. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Categories:

• Strictly necessary cookies - keep the Site working (e.g. preserving your form inputs).
• Functional cookies - remember preferences such as language.
• Analytics cookies - help us see how visitors use the Site (typically privacy-respecting analytics; aggregate Google Analytics may be used).
• Marketing cookies - help us measure ad campaigns. Set only with your consent.

You can manage cookies through the cookie banner where shown, your browser settings, or device controls. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will impair core functionality.

7. Retention

• Inquiry and contact data: kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction, then deleted or anonymized, unless you become a customer or sign up for our newsletter.
• Newsletter contacts: kept until you unsubscribe and for up to 12 months thereafter on a suppression list.
• Analytics data: kept in aggregate or pseudonymized form for up to 26 months.
• Calculator inputs: stored only for the duration of your session, unless you choose to share your results with us.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of them, write to privacy@useroger.com.

You can opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Sweden the supervisory authority is the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY): www.imy.se.

US residents may have additional rights under California (CCPA/CPRA), Texas (TDPSA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Oregon (OCPA), Montana (MCDPA), and other state privacy laws. Submit requests to privacy@useroger.com.

9. Outbound marketing and prospecting

We sell Roger to roofing contractors and other service businesses. We may identify business decision-makers through public sources or B2B data providers and contact them by email or LinkedIn with information about Roger. Every email contains an opt-out link. If you opt out we will stop and add your address to our suppression list.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout. You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.

10. SMS / Text messaging

SMS opt-in. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Roger (Adthekey AB), such as account notifications, customer-flow updates, demo scheduling, onboarding messages, and one-time verification codes.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions with us.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at privacy@useroger.com.

No sharing of SMS opt-in data. Mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, and SMS consent are never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. The data-partner, B2B-enrichment, and identity-resolution practices described in Section 9 do not apply to phone numbers or mobile information you provide for our text-messaging program. We use this information only to send the messages you have agreed to receive and to operate and support that messaging. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Marketing messages. Promotional or marketing text messages are sent only to recipients who have given separate, specific consent for marketing messages. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP.

11. Security

We protect personal information using a combination of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and logging.

12. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised.
